ScriptRx EMR Out of the Box
Our Products:
Although most people will want to make at least minor changes to the "vanilla" version of ScriptRx, the core system is more than enough to get you up and running.
This core system comes pre-configured with about 800 data items covering everything from patient registration to simple charge capture.
All you have to do is fill in the data for your encounter; an appropiate control is provided for each type of data, making entry quick and clean. The system prompts the user to add further detail where required, based on answers to previous questions, making it easy to provide detail as necessary without requiring the user to slog through irrelevant data fields.
Phases provided are:
| Patient Registration | Patient Identification, Responsible Party, Source, Employer Info, Financial |
| Triage | Vital Signs, Triage Note, ROS, Allergies, Home Meds |
| Medical Exam | General, HPI, ROS, Physical Exam |
| Tests | Lab/X-ray, EKG |
| Procedures | Full access to CPT codes |
| Diagnosis | Plan, Diagnosis, ICD9 coding |
| Coding | E&M codes, Physicals, Workers Comp, Procedures, In-house labs |
A human-readable chart is built as data is gathered, making it easy to convey medical information to other professionals unfamiliar with ScriptRx. This information can also be printed in a variety of user-friendly formats.
Many physicians are used to filling out paper forms by circling items that are true, striking through those that are false, and ignoring those that are irrelevant.
ScriptRx EMR adapts this methodology to the needs of a touchscreen application. Simply tap one for true, twice for false. If the item is irrelevant, just ignore it.
User-configurable text is associated with each true and false value. This text appears in text summaries of the encounter, as well as user-configurable encounter reports.
The selection of a true or false value can also prompt the user to enter further information, such as is shown in the example to the right. Here the user needs to click the red triangle icon to be taken to a further screen on which details of precisely how the patient's throat is abnormal.
